Essential oils. From next Monday, 17th January, the learning starts again. So. Will have to keep Staff Nurse status and register in March in order to keep ‘a peg to hang the hat on’ for ‘professional’ considerations in Complementary Therapy using the medium of Aromatherapy and it’s holistic values.
The Staff Nurse training and also Master’s level in Chronic Conditions/Illnesses Management course in Swansea University are now to be considered a simple Godsend. Also time spent for all those years with patients. A greater understanding now learnt regarding health considerations. Yet also, exciting times ahead regarding new directions and considerations for therapeutic healing.
So. This weekend? Good to surround yourself with uplifting aroma. Or calming in preparation for learning aroma. Or whatever aroma is needed for holistic vibe. Or to apply to emotional well being.
Singular choice or a synergy blend of considerations.
Choice? Possibly Black pepper/Lemon/Cedarwood……lovely!
So. As said…..After this weekend it is the intention to start the Aromatherapy course for two days a week studying.
Recording this course? Intentions are to both type and write information. That way it will be good to carry on and practice fountain pen, ink and paper combinations. Useful for having a couple of new journals too”
Back to learning! Lovely stuff…..Yay! 😊Xx

We are a house of essential oil aromas as the drying soaps are scattered around the house and Gosia makes a batch almost every day so there is always something new to tickle the nostrils.
Good luck with the course, love the notebooks 🙂

Again. Thanks. When myself and Angie first met, we rented a flat above a Wholefood/health shop in Coventry. We always smelt of herbs and spices according to many. Me? Brut and Chanel #5 was my memory. 😊 I absolutely love the synergy of aromas. When I open up the aromatherapy box housing about 150 small bottles of oils? It’s amazing. I can imagine your place having the synergy of the outdoors and indoors dried flora and herbs being a very biopsychosocial holistic living experience. I should imagine you start every day with a smile. The countryside is a grand place to live isn’t it? Great stuff. All the best. 👍

All mixed up with the aroma of goats, which I’m going to milk now 🙂

😆 Can’t say what it smells like. But Tom and Barbara’s reaction to Geraldine’s contribution to the butter making kind of gives an indicator. Angie sells some beautiful goat’s cheese with honey flavour though. Oh! Helped build a fence compound once for a friend’s goats! Very high.

In fairness lady goats just smell of animal, its the boys that have propensity to smell. but then they do pee on themselves to attract the ladies!
We don’t keep any boys, we borrow them once a year for a few weeks 🙂

I think it was the absolutely freezing cold weather when building that fence for the goats that shut down all my five senses. 😉 It must be a very nice atmosphere in amongst all you are producing. After retiring from nursing I am still really thankful for the chance to now get into the garden for days on end and be amongst it all. Only small time, but enough for well being. Looks like a great year ahead for you all with the various business ideas. Will be really interesting to see what develops. Cheers. 👍
