Two quotes from ’Illusions. The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah”.

When retired it is good to adopt a few Mantras. Something to bring you around to re-focus again. Recently I’ve adopted two Mantras.

Both Mantras above from the book ‘Illusions. The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah’.

Firstly:

If you say to yourself ”I can’t do this because…….”. Then you do yourself no favours.

Secondly:

If you have the good fortune to actually wake up in the morning, then that is quite a nice gift isn’t it? So I begin to think how I can achieve stuff. And try to start positively.

It’s not about being a perfect human being. It’s about staying one step ahead in life’s game.
