It is difficult to put the timing of typed words to vocals currently. Also, downloading a photograph into the video sequence brings problematics too. They need to be ‘spread’ so as to fit each framed image at both start and end of each introduction and departure.

It would be nice to look at a proper App that allows filmed videos to be edited. I am using iMovie presently, which is fairly comfortable for current skills.

This song? Written a few years ago now. Tweaked the mix this morning and feel it is decent enough to unleash onto YouTube. A few ‘crack sounds’ can be heard in the recording due to either an electrical blip or a snap reaction due to volume overload. I have no idea. But it is within the vocal and acoustic guitar track, which were recorded at the same time. I sang and played guitar into the Shure SM58 mic. A dynamic mic which uses a pre amp booster. Maybe this is the reason for overload. So can’t do anything about it really. So leave it in there as a quirky inclusion.

The video below, on YouTube, was uploaded and with the new fibre broadband we now have in the house…..it took minutes not hours.

Best heard through headphones, earbuds or speakers. My iPad speakers are like those tinny little radios I had as a teenager.

    1. Cheers Destiny. I do try to keep grounded and always want to see the needs for improvements. I am pleased you like the lyrics. I suppose dance is a Universal concept isn’t it. We all love to dance. It gives us freedom to express ourselves.

      That pathway photograph was one of my very early captures. I do find comfort in it too. The ethereal imagery of that pathway says to me ‘Step on and come on board. I can guide you to adventures you can only dream of’.

      2. I have been WP replying to cookie this morning. She wrote me an update of her life presently. I asked her a few days back how she was doing. She was kind in giving me a positive comment on my ‘Experimental Uploads’ blog.

        Dance? It is fun to express this way. It allows our inhibitions fly out of our lives. 🙏🏽 Destiny.
