My last blog spoke of my Aphantasia condition and the need to capture reality in written or typed form, as no Mind’s Eye processes can be achieved. The second planning ideas are here to be below.

There is no comfort in having no ability to ‘imagine’ the success of this project called Cloud 9. I can’t even remember places I have been locally that are perfect for revisiting to park up and go for it.

So….a list of intentions to include the already thought out themes is vital. Afterwards? A wing and a prayer, alongside crossed fingers, ensues. My wife Angie says to me…’Just get out there and see what happens!’

THE FIRST IDEAS OF A YOUTUBE CLOUD 9 VIDEO FORMAT. A STORYBOARD OF SORTS. A SIMPLE FORMAT.

INTRODUCTION:

Visual sweeps using a low flying drone to capture the local settings scenery. It’s rural here, so should be visually appealing. Accompanied by one of my instrumental songs.

NEXT:

Narration, with a main explanation of the video content spoken over appropriate single frame imagery. This to be taken from examples within the video content that follows.

THE MAIN THEME:

One example is a singular song spoken about. The inspiration for the song. The dynamic hopes. The lyrics and what they mean for myself. Then acoustically play the guitar and sing the song for the video.

OR

If a conversation with another person is going to be the main theme, then similar, but with more musical inclusions amongst the content.

(If video content is just myself? Bulk up music content to include ‘The Den’ recordings. The Home Studio set up results giving a more insightful idea to the planned ambitions. If there is no Den version, then simply do a couple more songs for fun. Or just shorten the video length. What is an ideal length of time? I can watch a half hour presentation on YouTube without switching out. But if others are involved? Depends upon their dynamic).

ALSO TO CONSIDER…..Other than a song thematic? Some tiny inclusion of other ideas that come from strong parts of past interests and hobbies.

A visual outro. Outro to include typed words of video content over a ‘leaving instrumental song’. Akin to ‘credits’.
